100 Thieves - Side project - Small worker

Concept art for a small character, to be multiplied and able to work on different tasks. A simple idea really, but I'm not sure how to write it haha.
Anyway, inspired by ants or bees, and able to receive orders and communicate together with their antennas and tails.
